Chardonnay was honestly given very little thought when we began talking about making wine years ago. That view has taken a 180-degree change in direction. We love the freshness and brightness you can get from making chardonnay in this style. Beyond brightness, there is depth and character that keeps you going back to the wine for more. We would drink this every other night if we didn’t have the small stock that we do.
